<\/p>\nThe first test roll on the Leica CM Zoom (which I traded for with another camera) was quite a disaster. It was a roll of ERA black & white film and strange enough, most of the shots seemed to have a ‘glow’ on them! I was dead worried that it might be a ‘feature’ or problem with the camera or lens, so I loaded a roll of color negative (Mitsubishi MX 200) and took some random shots for more tests.<\/p>\n

Finally collected the negatives and upon scanning them … I was amazed! Not only the photos turned out pretty contrasty, I find some of the shots having a 3D like look to them. Oh well maybe I was imagining things but see for yourselves the results … nothing too ‘wow’ about composition and such (test shots … geddit?!) but these are direct from scans with only brightness adjustments for some of them.
