Been feeling quite bored and depressed the last few days. I do not know why. Tired. Jaded. I’ll be helping a friend shoot her flower arrangements for a competition tomorrow morning and my camera batteries has not been charged yet. Duh! I’ve gotta make sure I remember doing so tonight.<\/p>\n

Here’s a photo I dug outta my HDD and gave it some post-processing work …<\/p>\n

Received an email last night from Shutterstock<\/a>, a micro-stock photo site that I used to upload some of my photos to earn some extra pocket money. Well I don’t have many photos in there, so earning a couple of hundreds every now and then is good enough to help pay some online purchases. That email I received indicated that one of my photo which was downloaded by a client was involved in some settlement between Shutterstock<\/a> and the client, and thus they will be pumping in some money into my account for that. Cool! Today I noticed an extra US$28 in my Shutterstock<\/a> account! Cool! You might say that’s just a small amount but it’s such little money that makes up the final payable amount in micro-stock photography sites.<\/p>\n

I just got paid a couple of weeks ago by Shutterstock and I burned the money on some DVDs that I ordered online.<\/p>\n

Hope I can find some time to give my film cams some workout this weekend. Two rolls of slides for a double exposure collaboration with a friend in Japan has been waiting for days for me to shoot the first exposure but I’ve been too weak to even load them into my cameras.<\/p>\n

Not sure what I need to give me the ‘kick’ … so that I can be up and alive again. Maybe shooting some photos? Maybe some sleep? Maybe some beer? I don’t know. Thinking of bringing Fitzand to the zoo this weekend and hopefully a fun trip there might cheer me up again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
