<\/p>\nNot long ago, a friend gave me an old Kodak Ektra 100 camera which he said was originally trashed in his office garbage bin. Remembering he has a friend who loves such garbage, he picked it up and gave it to me but I did not put it to use til recently. The problem is that the camera uses 110 film and such film costs quite a bit. Bought 2 rolls of Afga ISO200 film and loaded one for a test roll.<\/p>\n

Ain’t the ‘frame’ cool? Worse than scanning sprocket holes with 35mm film, the 110 ones were a lot more pain in the ass<\/span> eyes, as I had to tape the long ends of the film strip to my film holder before scanning them. Then came other problems like slanted strips which required a bit of Photoshop work to rotate. Well you can probably see I didn’t really bother to adjust them because I love the messy and ‘raw’ feel of the scans.
