Fitzand probably had the most splashing weekend ever. We finally let him go play at those water ‘fountain’ thingie at some playgrounds\/play area at malls. Of course we went prepared with extra clothing and towel. \ud83d\ude00 He loved every single second at it.<\/p>\n

This one’s taken today at Bugis Junction. Only took a couple of snapshots because I have this weird ‘phobia’ of taking shots of kids at these fountains. Hahaha. Read about it at the end of this entry.<\/em><\/p>\n

We were at Vivocity yesterday for dinner and he got to play with water at the playground there. It was pretty dark then and I only managed a couple of very short video clips. Duh.<\/p>\n

Guess I’ve got hooked on the habit of snapping the food that I eat. Duh. Anyway … we got fat shoving down pork knuckles (yum!) and beer at Brotzeit.<\/p>\n

Following up the fattening session last night, today’s early dinner was at Ma Maison. I love Ma Maison!<\/p>\n

Finally a place that knows that a daddy needs to be lubricated! Hahaha! Free booze for daddy (although just one), free yummy for mommy and a toy for the kiddo. Cool!<\/p>\n

Dropped 2 rolls of film at the lab today and will send in another tomorrow. Hopefully there are some surviving shots from those 3 rolls which I don’t even know what I was shooting. Hahaha! Well 1 of the roll has Fitzand shooting using the Fisheye2 … for almost maybe half the number of frames!<\/p>\n

With an aching body, arms and legs … I sipped some coffee and went through some random photos I took of Fitzand today after giving him a bath. He always have big fun when I bathe him because he’ll get to pour water all over me and tell me ‘I bathe you, ok?’. These are all taken using natural light from the window …<\/p>\n

\nThis one is out of focus but I love it. Not sure why. I kept asking myself if I’ll still love it this much if it were in focus. Hahaha!<\/em><\/p>\n

See? Told you breastfeeding has its painful risk. Hahaha! Mommy must be glad Fitzand is now on formula milk.<\/em><\/p>\n

Muwahaha! No … I didn’t abuse him! Hahaha! The looks on his face (the above 2 photos) were what he gave me when he got tired of my camera pointing at him. Roar! Roar!<\/em><\/p>\n

I think I took one too many photos of him today. Won’t post them all on this page (in case it bores you), so if you wanna check them out … they are in the ‘Fitzand’s Photo Story<\/a>‘ section.<\/p>\n

Almost forgot about a short ‘story’ about why I don’t really have the ‘mood’ to take photos of kids at the fountains. Hahaha.<\/p>\n

It was many years ago that I realised tons of people will lurk around these fountains where kids play. Then the local photography forums are always flooded with lots of photos (*yawn*) of kids playing at the fountain … and most of the time … pretty boring. I might get hate mails for this but I just gotta say it. As a matter of fact, there is a joke that says that the first thing someone does after buying a camera … was to head on the to the fountain with it. Hahaha! So I’ve never wanted to photograph the same subject until now that Fitzand is the ‘model’ … I might just take some shots of him at play someday. A few guys were taking photos of the kids and Fitzand just now. Deep inside my heart I was going ‘… not more of these! Duh.’. \ud83d\ude00 Okay … you can hate me now.<\/p>\n
