Introduced in 1991, the Konica Aiborg is sometimes referred to as the &#8216;Darth Vader camera&#8217; by some.\u00a0It has\u00a0a 35-105 zoom lens, is pretty heavy despite the plastic body and rubbery grip. It arrived just the other day and here are some photos &amp; info about it &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ndroo.com\/blog\/images\/misc7\/AiBorg1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On the top of the camera &#8230; there is a cool looking LCD that shows the camera settings!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ndroo.com\/blog\/images\/misc7\/AiBorg2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the back &#8230; you can find a joystick-like switch that is used for zooming (when moved vertically) and for manual focusing (when moved horizontally). Yeah &#8230; it allows manual focusing!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The next image shows the lens barrel at 35mm and at max zoom 150mm &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ndroo.com\/blog\/images\/misc7\/AiBorg3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cool eh? Hahaha! The motor is a little noisy and the cam is pretty heavy. Other than that &#8230; it seems to be quite a cool camera to play with.
