Fitzand said that to me just now and instead of the usual &#8216;tactics&#8217; like telling him a story, reading him a book, telling him that I&#8217;ll bring him out to play on Saturday etc &#8230; I asked if he&#8217;d like me to take a photo of him &#8230; since he was wearing a mask (see below). He immediately agreed and I was a little surprised (as he usually tells me &#8216;daddy &#8230; camera away!&#8217;).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So I grabbed my Instax Mini and the moment I walked back into his room &#8230; he added &#8230; &#8216;I wanna take photo!&#8217;. Gosh! I fell into his trap! He wanted to be the one taking photo! Of course I refused to end up as his model and luckily some quick thinking turned things around and soon he was taking self-portraits. Hahaha! Yeah!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ndroo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/gallery\/instax-mini-bedtime-instants\/8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"468\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ndroo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/gallery\/instax-mini-bedtime-instants\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"470\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ndroo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/gallery\/instax-mini-bedtime-instants\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"466\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ndroo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/gallery\/instax-mini-bedtime-instants\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"466\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He chose the &#8216;locations&#8217; and props himself.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As the price for such instant fun ain&#8217;t cheap &#8230; I made very sure I helped him hold the camera and roughly look through the viewfinder to make sure he is in the frame &#8230; and then let him press the shutter button. Glad the shutter button is placed in front! He eventually finished all the remaining 8 shots in the pack of film *sweat* and was asking for more. I had to tell him that I&#8217;ll bring him to &#8216;Kor kor&#8217; (brother) Jimmy&#8217;s shop (aka ThirtySix) to buy more film during the weekend. Phew! He accepted that explanation and sat there for a while until all the photos were developed and then asked for his milk before falling asleep. Hmm.
