I don’t remember anything mentioned in the instruction manual about using flash with the LC-A+\/LC-Wide instant back and being a curious fat cat … I mounted the Colorsplash flash on the LC-Wide this evening to see how it performs. It is a little tricky mounting the flash with the Instant Back on (I couldn’t remove the back because I have a pack of film it in) but that’s just a small challenge.<\/p>\n

I went ‘WHOAAA!’ when I saw the results! It looks a little … or rather … very crazy! Wild! I love the ‘effects’!<\/p>\n

Fitzand saw this photo of himself doing the ‘roar’ and was laughing big time. Hahahaha! I turned all his teeth blue!<\/em><\/p>\n

I was messing with double exposures with the camera set at ISO400. Doing the different exposures with different color filters on the flash seem to drive the ‘madness’ out from the film! Yeahhh!!!!<\/p>\n

This one above was taken using the blue filter on the flash. Strangely … there is a bright yellow ‘glow’ in the middle! Talk about unexpected results!<\/em><\/p>\n

Sometimes … such experiments can turn a little ‘scary’. Note the weird dark patch on this image above? I actually took two exposures of Fitzand’s teddy bears and … none of them were big and black. :O<\/em><\/p>\n

Okay … end of the entry and I’ll save up for more Instax Mini film to play with. This one above was the one that started it all.
