After (some miserable) days of waiting, I finally got to give the new Lensbaby Velvet 56 a quick test drive. As I had only a couple of hours to spare last Saturday, all I did was to run some random shots using that fun (and sexy!) lens.<\/p>\n

After an hour of testing, I have already fallen in love with it. Yes it is quite different from the previous Lensbaby offerings where you can move the sweet spot (minus the fisheye one which I will someday try purchase when I sell my other kidney). <\/p>\n

After a long break, getting back into manual focusing was a little challenging.<\/p>\n

I am a little worried that it might be attached to my DSLR for a while. Oh well … I am worried for the other lenses that I have. Should I just sell them off?<\/p>\n
