Test Driving The Sony RX1

So this is one hell of an expensive camera … one that has caused much excitement (and disappointment about the price) with a full frame sensor and a killer lens. I took one for a short test drive to see how awesome it is and managed to capture a handful of photos today. Street photography is fun with this almost silent camera. LC-A+ Gone Wide

Lomography as usual … got people all excited about a ‘mystery’ product and finally here it is … the Lomo LC-Wide. Seem that the classic LC-A+ has ‘mutated’ into something a lot different … boasting a newly-developed 17mm Minigon Ultra-Wide Angle lens … allows shooting in full frame, square as well as half frame formats. I’ve always loved fisheye lenses but they’re pricey. Long ago, I had a Peleng fisheye which I sold off because I kinda hate doing manual focus when using a DSLR.
