The MUBI Poison

Written by • May 23rd, 2012 • Category: Others
After resisting getting one (or more) of those very delicious looking stripey yummy edition of the La Sardina (the Diana F+ clones are already sending me to my grave), my weak ol’ heart was put to test again when I saw this very sleek version of the Lomokino lately. As I didn’t really read the details/specifications of the LomoKino … I was a little surprised how fast you can actually burn a roll! Yeah … probably in like 30 seconds or so if you continue shooting. Ouch! Guess I’ll go hunt for some cheap expired film to play then! I forgot to bring along some… >> read more

LomoKino : iLike!

The clues & images Lomography recently teased us with already concluded that this is gonna be one fun awesome camera and many of us could hear our wallets cry in pain. The people at ThirtySix told me they have one pre-ordered for me (WTH?!) and yet I haven’t recovered from the damage of buying the metal La Sardinas!!! Arghhh!!! Here comes LomoKino! “Create movies of 144 frames on any 35mm analogue film. Watch your developed movies with the LomoKinoScope.” Good thing is this new toy is pretty reasonably priced and… >> read more
