Ugh!! See Me Smile!

Woke up around 630am this morning trying to capture a short video clip of the sunrise. Not actually of the sun rising but of the scene outside my window. Will post the video and talk about it later. It has been 38 crazy years since I landed on earth and tonight … I’ve finally dug out some old photos of myself when I was a little baby and scanned them. I think most of them were taken by an uncle who was a photographer (or maybe just a photography addict like myself). A crazy attempt to do self-portraits. A foolish idea to make a fool out of myself. Killing time when I was in Malaysia last weekend, I decided to mess around with my Lubitel (for the first time) but only to realise that I forgot to bring some 120 slides (for xpro). So I had to ‘survive’ on a roll of long expired Agfa Optima & also a Superia 100 film. Used the Optima for these ermm … self *cough & puke blood* portraits but the colors were horrible. It’s just a pretty fun thingie that Lomography has in their website/blog … where Lomographers take turns interviewing other Lomographers (friends) with a set of questions they get to set themselves. A friend from the Philippines asked if I’d be interested to take on the ‘challenge’ and since it’s a less serious kind of interview … I agreed.
