Came back from a week-long trip to Malaysia last night. Spent 5 days in Kuala Lumpur before heading down to Johor to visit my parents for the next few days. Those days in Kuala Lumpur were crazy. Just too busy eating, drinking and some shopping. I didn’t really shoot much photos except some snapshots of Fitzand and a few random snaps of food that added inches to my (already big) waist. I’ll blog about that later. I’m too darn tired. Didn’t get enough sleep nor rest during the whole week and now I’m struggling to finish this blog entry before I go to bed.
I did this video using some short clips I took using the Digital Harinezumi 2. The better closeup capability plus the black & white mode is pretty fun to play with but I do wish the black & mode could be more easily accessible. For those who do not know … to switch to black & white mode on the cam takes maybe 6 to 8 presses on the buttons and it all goes back to the (default) color mode once you switch it off. Strange that they’re marketing this cam as one that can take black & white images/videos but requires hell to get to that mode. Duh!
This is also the first time I’m using iMovie to do my video editing (or rather stitching) and I’m really glad to have switched to an iMac. That application is perfect for a lazy bum like me who doesn’t like spending much time in front of a computer doing editing. Phew.
That’s all for now. I’ll probably faint if I go on typing now.
